If Hollywood has a rating system for foul language in movies how much more does the Holy God ? 

Unless you live in  bubble you will be exposed to foul language. Some hold the position not to be part of those environments or interact with people who engage in that activity. History shows Jesus would interact in those environments to reach people. Others will tolerate foul language as being part of the world we live in. They will not personally use vulgar language but tolerate it in movies they watch or people they encounter. 

Matthew 15:19

For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.

Proverbs 4:23  

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

Philippians 4:8 

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

Ephesians 4:29  

Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.
